Shelter gives practical housing advice and support online, in person and by phone. Expert advisers give free, confidential advice 365 days a year from 8am – 8pm on weekdays and 8am – 5pm on weekends.
Their housing experts can advise on a range of housing issues and there is also an emergency number listed on the website for those in immediate crisis.
