Wave Community Bank
Wave Community Bank (formerly East Sussex Credit Union) is a savings and loans co-operative open to anyone who lives or works in East Sussex. People can save or pay loans via standing order, direct from benefits, from their wages if they work for certain employers or by using a Pay Point card. The bank also offers Young Saver accounts which are managed by an adult (trustee) until the child is 16 years old.
The credit union offers reasonable rates of interest on loans between £750 and £15,000. The credit union also provides various volunteering opportunities. There is a membership fee of £5.
