No Panic is a registered charity which helps people who suffer from Panic Attacks, Phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders and other related anxiety disorders including those people who are trying to give up Tranquillizers. It also provides support for the carers of people who suffer from anxiety disorders.

No Panic specialises in self-help recovery, providing people with the skills they need to manage their condition and work towards recovery, enabling them to lead more fulfilled lives.

They have a website with useful information and a helpline open everyday from 10:00am - 10:00pm.  They also have a Youth Helpline for 13 - 20 year olds.
