Footsteps Day Nursery (Portslade)

We are situated on the Old Shoreham Road. We have bright, spacious classrooms with a wide range of resources. Our children enjoy a range of activities including soft play, an indoor movement area and the brilliant mud kitchen. We have an enclosed, fully equipped outdoor area.
We enjoy a varied curriculum, with outings in the local community and a wide range of visitors to the setting.

We have received 5 out of 5 stars for our hygiene inspection and hot lunches are delivered from our chef at the Hove site. Other awards include the Brighton & Hove Equalities Quality Mark, Tailored for 2's, Healthy Early Years & Modeshift bronze, silver & gold star in sustainable travel. We were recently awarded with the title 'Early Year School of the region 'at the Modeshift regional awards. We then won the title 'Early Years national school of the year' award in the national Modeshift awards in London. We are a truly flexible setting, offering flexi-hours, emergency, one off or an occasional user register.

We have recently completed an extension to the building and the pre school children have a new classroom wth free flow access into the garden. This project was funded in part by BHCC.
