Childrens and young people’s therapy

Children and Young people aged 5-18 can be referred Young Oasis Therapy Service for individual therapeutic support. All therapists work creatively, so when words are not enough or difficult to find, feelings can be worked with in a non-verbal way using images, clay, music and more. Working in this way can allow a young person to feel heard, help process feelings and build resilience. Their situation may not have changed but the way that they feel about it can.
