Family Holiday Association
The Family Holiday Association work to promote the quality of family life for those parents and children who experience disadvantage as a result of poverty through the provision of and by promoting access to holidays and other recreational activities. Currently, the charity hopes to help about 2,000 families this year to have what is often their first ever family holiday.
The criteria for applications is:
- 1. The family is on a low income
- 2. The family has not been on a holiday in the past 4 years
- 3. The family has at least 1 child between 3 and 18 years old.
- 4. The family are referred by a professional who works with the family and is aware of their circumstances.
