Brighton & Hove Independent Mediation Service
Brighton and Hove Independent Mediation Service (BHIMS) is impartial, confidential and independent from outside agencies.
The service offers neighbourhood mediation on issues such as anti-social behaviour, harassment, boundary and property disputes. Mediation is a voluntary process where people bring creative and practical solutions to problems.
BHIMS can help:
- Local communities where neighbours or residents are in dispute.
- Families in conflict.
- Tenants and landlords in dispute.
- Local businesses who have a workplace conflict.
- Sheltered housing, care or nursing home providers and their residents.
