16 Plus Support Team
The 16 Plus Support Service helps and advises young people aged 16 to 18-years-old who are looked after by Brighton & Hove City Council, and 18 to 21-year-olds who have left its care. The team includes Social Workers, Leaving Care Workers and specialist workers in education, training and employment and health. They support young people as they get ready to leave care, helping them to move on in their lives into adulthood. For further information go to www.brighton-hove.gov.uk and search for '16 plus'
